Svelato l’elenco completo delle nomination al Grammy 2024: ecco i nomi.
La Recording Academy ha rivelato ufficialmente le nomination per i Grammy 2024, che saranno assegnati domenica 4 febbraio 2024, alla Crypto.com Arena di Los Angeles.
La premiazione andrà in onda in diretta (20: 00-11: 30, ora locale) sulla rete televisiva della CBS e sarà trasmessa in streaming Paramount +. Per questa edizione sono state aggiunte tre nuove categorie: Best African Music Performance, Best Alternative Jazz Album e Best Pop Dance Recording.
Risulta subito evidente la preponderante presenza femminile tra i candidati, con Jon Batiste che è l’unico interprete maschile a ottenere più di sei nomination, anche se ben nove interpreti femminili hanno raggiunto lo stesso risultato. Lo squilibrio non finisce qui: nelle prime tre categorie, su 24 nomination, solo tre sono andate ad un artista maschio; e si stratta sempre di Batiste.
